Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
One skill that any recent graduate needs in order to succeed in a job interview is strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Think back to situations in college where you were able to be a strong leader; from being in charge of group projects to taking the lead in your favorite extracurricular groups or activities, practicing discussing a few examples of times that you were able to be a strong leader will help you when interviewing for any position.
